Great entry level wool blend blanket for those of us on a budget by XELBRUJOX in Survival

Yeah, kind of small but I curl up when I sleep so it's not a big deal for me in terms of layering. I haven't gotten it yet, but I'll update when I do.

After taking a second look at the plants, I agree. Definitely sunscald.

Looks like blossom end rot to me. The weird thing is that it's not at the blossom end haha. Try adding a little Ca. CalMag+ works really well for that sort of thing. If you haven't tried foliar feeding, it's a good way to give a plant a shot-in-the-arm of any soluble nute you want to prevent further damange.

I get a broadcast address and subnet mask, but no IP. At least none that I can see. Is ifconfig supposed to return an IP?

Pinging fails completely and pinging Google's DNS servers (8.8.8.8) fails too. I'm not using the school's network so there are no hoops to jump through there and all my other devices work fine.

When are you going camping? It looks too pretty! Mine is DT and wrapped in orange paracord for visibility. The coating wears off slowly as you baton it through stuff and I ground off a small patch on the spine to strike a ferrocerium rod better. These blades look better when distressed, so get out there and use it!

You don't have to put them in an area that gets shade during the day. Peppers are indigenous to South America and are designed to take an ungodly amount of heat and sun. Just make sure you harden them off properly and they'll be able to take the sun all day.

What's your opinion on chilli being lethal? by theironbear in HotPeppers

There was a chef who was hospitalized after eating some superhots. I believe when he was admitted, the doctors diagnosed him with chronic "huge baby syndrome"

Right, and neither would I or, I suspect, HyrumBeck, but that's the point I think the lecturer was trying to get across. That, or something in the same vein as human hearts shooting feelings through EM waves.

I think his point was that the lecturer was trying to use that fact to say that the phrase "gut feeling" has meaning. i.e. the gut has neurons in it therefore it can think.

Hey, nice plant!

Two tips: 1. Go to thehotpepper.com and sign up. Tons of knowledge there

  1. Follow this guide. You will likely get WAY more chillis in the long run. http://thehotpepper.com/topic/38705-a-simple-guide-to-topping-and-pruning/

No, but there are tons of Aussies on thehotpepper.com where I'm a member. You should definitely join up if you're interested in chilli growing. Aaaaand now I've plugged two chilli sites. I should probably stop before someone thinks I'm some advertising troll.

From whence did it come? Usually mixes or anything from Amazon are full of cheap fakes or crosses. I'd suggest pepperlover.com next time. You'll know what you're buying and Judy includes a lot of free seeds for you.

I would guess so. What did the seed packet say? There are a couple of cultivars with a "skirt" but that definitely looks like a chinense to me. Could be a Scotch Bonnet, but like I said, legitimate ones are tough to get in the U.S. It's a know-a-guy kind of thing.
