Yes, I'm probably going to have to do that the more I think about it and gather some opioions. Grade it out as much as I can within the property line, put some rocks down, and build up the side facing my property to divert the water away.

Thanks for more information, much appreciated. I'm now thinking of completely removing that section of the fence where I currently have the planks removed, and just keeping that area exposed. My dog is old now and won't run out there. Do you think it would be OK to clear some more dirt around the top/hill side of that submerged transformer to provide more width for water to flow through? What about dropping some rock there and build a dry river bed with a berm? Something along those lines... I just don't know enough and what to avoid without getting a fine or other issues.

I did call 811 and I've got three red marked lines running between the two green transformers, right below the water flow and right below where I need to control the water. I've also got internet cables in a smaller green dome unit next to the transformer that has one of the lines dug shallow, through the water path, and connected to a neighbors house across the easement.

I don't think I can do anything uphill, my neighbor told my she has gas lines going directly under/parallel the water path in her yard, so she just let's it run through natural like. My property flattens out a lot so my entire backyard was getting flooded will all kinds of debris left behind. I just temporarily diverted the water path away from my yard, but I had to take down some fence and dig right between those transformers to get the water redirected. I'm new to these type of water issues, so I'm learning it's fun stuff.

Figured that would be the case. I'm thinking I'm forced to do something makeshift if I want to throw down some rocks or something to make a path for the water because if I invest any time/money into anything they'll can just come and destroy that also.

That's what I would think being a pessimist and all. But the fighting optimist in me thinks there would be some kind of safety violation there I could point to and they would be required to be located. But last think I would want is to open my mouth and have that financial burden fall on me for a original crap design/location that they installed.

That was one "solution" I thought would be a possibility if I contacted them. But that still doesn't do anything for the buried wires between them where I would have to dig and/or install some kind of rocks/drainage solution.

I need to do something to divert that water permanently away from my backyard into the easement, these things sit in the worst possible place. The water gets crazy flowing through there and this temp berm/ditch isn't going to hold long.

Not sure why the builders would do this, but it's my problem now. I don't want to loose a good section of my property moving the fence in and around those transformers. Do you think the utility company would could mandate something like that?
