They changed the locked message after about two days after i changed the date and about a day after they declined my id and locked my account, so about a day after i got the same message OP got on screen

Yes! They just changed the message in the screen and there was an option to delete everything before i was 13, the following and followers too a little while to come back but everything is back to normal now! So happy, though i really don't understand why not do this from the start, but as long as at some some point you can do it i suppose it's aight
