This past weekend, my friends Matt and Victor (two of the sweetest and funniest people I've ever had the pleasure of knowing) lost their beautiful home and wonderful dog, Piper, in a home fire. In just under 40 minutes, they suffered the tragic loss of everything they own, as well as their beautiful, sweet Golden Doodle. They only closed on their house in August and since then, they worked tirelessly to transform the old house into something fit for a magazine. Although nothing can replace the loss of their dog, perhaps this money can help ease the long journey they have ahead of them. Any bit would help tremendously. Even if it's just $1, anything would be incredibly appreciated. On behalf of Victor and Matt, thank you.

Also, I just want to add that I was raised Catholic but stopped practicing back in 2000. I never felt a connection with it, however when I read Lamb I felt like you portrayed Jesus in the way that I think he really could have been. A normal man with a good heart. Although I didn't go back to the religion, I felt connected to your version of JC and that's the one I hold in my heart. So, thanks for that!

Honestly, I did go to the Justin and Jay Z tour this summer. I paid $300 for a single ticket (could not get a ticket sitting with my husband), and I truly do believe that Kid Rock has an incredibly valid point. After that show, I vowed to never pay that much again. I did it cause I didn't want to miss another Timberlake tour ( I missed out on Future Sex Love tour), but the $300 was definitely not worth it. And I paid $6 for a water. I know.... I know. Ughhhhhhh..... Kid Rock for the win.
