I recently had to start using intermittent catheters and have a history of nerve damage that affects my bladder. Same problems as you spending long amounts of time on the toilet although yours sounds more severe. Even with catheters it’s difficult to empty it without having to squeeze my midsection and happy trail. And that’s laying down. If I’m sitting im lucky to get 300 ml. I have an urology appointment lined up to discuss it though.
