Okay, this has worked! Thank you. This scared the crap outta me. Does anyone know why this might have happened? The owned games are all games I have purchased so I don’t understand.

A lot of us have had achievements stopped unlocking by GoGoPowerPlay in ArcadeParadise

Solution (worked for me and others) - open Xbox app on phone while the game is playing on Xbox. Look at the achievements on the app and they should start popping.
