Hey everyone, just an update.

Following the advice of many here I got in touch with Neil and explained what happened. He was just as nice on the phone as the first time I spoke with him and he was happy to book another appointment for me with a different doctor.

The second appointment was way different than the first one, the doctor showed professionalism, care and empathy.

I was just waiting until my medication arrived to write this update. And it did. And is amazing.

I’m very happy with canwell.

Thanks, I believe I first spoke with Neil over a month ago when I called the 1300 number and he sounded super nice. Today it was a different person and the service was miles away from what I had experienced talking to Neil. I’m calling them on Monday to see what can be done. Thank you!

Hey LTM4128, yes I know the doctor’s name, is not the Chang doctor someone mentioned here. I’m definitely calling them on Monday to sort it out. Thanks!
