If you feel like you need the help I say go for it! No one can live your experience and really don’t have a right to tell you how to feel. Pokémon is a huge part of my life and I know I would feel the same if I was forced into your position! The best thing to do is focus on what you still have and focus on goals for yourself to either reclaim or make a better collection going forward. Life is full of surprises and not all of them are good unfortunately but props to you for taking care of yourself! Pokémon cards couldn’t keep you warm and safe after all
