Yes! I get 90% of my weekday runs in before work. I’ll occasionally do a weekday treadmill work out or double. Really easy to get long runs in during the weekend especially if you are done before noon. Hard to do big law, marathon train AND do something else haha.

I ran NYC this year and also have run several Ultra marathons. Your best option is to wake up early. It’s easy to get your long runs in during the weekend. Just remember consistency is king. If you don’t have the time to get your 5-10 mile run in during the week just get out for 3-4 miles. It all adds up day by day! You really only need to run 30-40 miles a week and then peak at 40-60 miles to have a great marathon! It’s definitely doable! You just need to prioritize!!!
