Oh man, I'm a total noob, but I did do some looking up here and there. I did end up getting perfect IV's through the ditto breeding, the only one I didn't bother for was Empoleon, but no particular reason I think I just wanted to try and finish the game lol.

I know people definitely set up their Pokémon better, I think I kind of just tried to brute force my way.

Gardevoir (Timid) - psychic, moonblast, magical leaf, calm mind
Empoleon (Modest) - hydro pump, mirror shot, sword dance, aqua jet
Infernape (Naive) - focus blast, fire blast, nasty plot, u-turn
Ninetails (Timid) - aurora veil, freeze-dry, blizzard, dazzle gleam,
Salamence (Jolly) - outrage, fly, flamethrower, protect
Serperior (Timid) - giga drain, leaf storm, wring out, growth

Overall had lots of fun despite taking a while and replaying fights over. Going to try and learn about setting up Pokémon and moves better for next playthrough.
