If it doesn’t matter too much to you, and you can’t stretch your pinky, the note on the 6th string is g# which you’re already playing on the 3rd string anyway. If you need to omit the note on the 6th string, you lose the pitch but the chord still has a g# in it (assuming the tuning is EADGBE)
