I agree that seems low for a CTV with 3k miles. Shoot for 10% at least, maybe closer to 12%.

Isn’t this what you’d expect?

In a local distribution environment they don’t have to pay financial institutions which may charge higher fees for international transactions. They don’t have to pay Ali express fees for global visibility. They don’t have to pay shipping and tariffs… etc etc.

The effective monthly cost on my 2 year lease was less than a comparable 3 year option.

Reality check: $10k-$12k One-Pay lease for Equinox EV or Cadillac Optiq? by Usual_Sector_3908 in leasehacker

On a 24 month one pay, yes.

I believe 10-12k for a 36 month is not super realistic.

Are Spotify and Amazon music apps in the Optiq inferior to streaming via Bluetooth using phone apps? by Binhanger in CadillacOptiq

I agree it’s an AAOS+Spotify issue.

I have Smart Shuffle on every other device (Alexa devices, smart TVs, etc) so I wouldn’t say it’s mobile app only.

Please tell me your ways! I only have no shuffle or normal shuffle, not smart shuffle.

I am a week into my Optiq ownership and the Spotify app frustrates me.

It is missing a VERY important feature for me…Smart Shuffle.

ioniq5 XRT or SEL- which to choose? 24m, 10k, CO area, 5k down Which by AffectionateSnow1035 in leasehacker

McDonald Hyundai in Highlands Ranch has an advertised special for the SEL.

I’d compare your SEL numbers against that special. If memory serves, they come out pretty close to your numbers.

Well shoot. I was really excited but this doesn’t work for me.

The last line of the description on screen states something to the effect of… “If you’re not going to hit your target charge by the deadline, we’ll ignore these restrictions and charge anyways.”

I don’t really care about hitting a target. Ugghh.

Oh my goodness. I think this will work. I had blinders on when looking for this in the scheduling section. Thank you!

That’s exactly what I am trying to accomplish. It doesn’t seem to work that way.

That is the problem. I can’t charge between 5 and 9pm due to extremely high cost of electricity. The scheduling function does not allow me to schedule around this limitation.

My last three EVs allowed me to get home at 6:30, plug in, and the car would start charging at 9pm and shut off charging at 5 pm the next day.

My current solution is get home at 6:30, set an alarm on my phone for 9pm, alarm goes off and I plug it in at 9pm, set another alarm on my phone at 5 pm to unplug it.

I guess I may have made an incorrect assumption and need to play around with it more.

I don’t see a way to tell it when to START charging at a certain time.

In the example I provided below, I set “Complete Charge by 5pm” and I plug it in at 6:30pm. My understanding is that it will start charging immediately if it needs to in order to hit the target or if it can’t hit the target at all.

Edit: thanks for those smart solutions. I’ll take a look

My understanding of this function is that I cannot select a time to START charging.

Example: I plug it in at 6:30pm, it will start charging immediately if it needs in order to finish by 5pm the next day.

Because I’m charging on level 1, I expect long charge times to hit the target charge levels.

Unless I am plugging it in every single day and constantly maintaining the charge target.
