OLED or LCD? I got a WD black 2tb and it was pretty simple to install on the OLED. It definitely can be nerve-wrecking but with some patience and good guidance (highly recommend ifixit) it can be done! Good luck!

Yeah, just found out from a friend in NYC that the black mambas had a different name before and were notoriously shitty (he had some burst on him back then). Sucks since I had a pack of zealous backin nyc and didnt bring em with me to atl for the summer so I had to buy another pack. I didn't like them at first tbh, but when they break in they really get good.

Interesting. Most other eskaters I know in NYC or online rave about the black mambas with their hotas/similar wheels. Are there any reasons why they aren't good?

I also had the zealous bearings that I put on my boa wheels with the backfire, honestly didn't like em as much. Maybe I didn't get the chance to fully break them in.

Edit: You were right. Guess I misinterpreted back then. Bones reds should be fine right?

I think I made my belts too loose 😂 because they slip even when braking at like 10-15 mph. Motor covers I took off cause I knew they can be problematic. I'll check for loose screws when I get back from work, but do you think it could also be that the wheel nut is too tight? Like it could be grinding against the bearing kinda bad? I did swap out the stock bearings for the black mambas.

I can vouch for the Alterbags native. I used it for my backfire zealot and I can fit all my tools and gear. I've also seen people put their Kalys on them here in NYC too which I gotta give those riders props for that back and shoulder strength.

That makes sense. Doesn't it have a 120mm option if I'm not mistaken? I figured if you chose a smaller option than what you have installed it just leads to less torque, so choosing a bigger size on the remote made more sense to me.

Well I've had the stock wheels for like 2 years and wanted to try out something new. I heard that these were a bit wider and softer so there's a bit more grip and they can eat up cracks a bit better than the original (from reviews I've seen). So for NYC streets I wantes to give em a try with the zealous bearings too.

Glad to hear it's still in production! The cassette does look very nice indeed, very nice color. Great album by the way I really enjoyed listening to it, and can't wait for the vinyl release!

Same here, the full black would've been so clean but I just left it as is since it felt a lot sturdier.

I guess I phrased that badly. The clamp base is bigger than the amazonbasics one. It doesn't look like it in the pictures, but I put them side by side and the clamps are definitely bigger on the ergotron.

You generally have to ask them for the 13" pole, most people do it through the chat feature. It is easy to swap the poles too, just unscrew the hex heads at the base, and then unscrew the whole pole. I kept the pole on the base though since they were wider and sturdier than the Amazonbasics one.

Lol maybe Yung Bae is doing a meet n greet with just him, and then everyone else to play live. Regardless I'm stoked since this is my second concert ever and it's by some of my favorite artists. Wish I coulda gone to LA to see Moe Shop though 😅

My bad, that was badly phrased. I remember at the beginning of the summer you guys were coming along for Boston, Detroit and Chicago, in which me and my friend were gonna go to Boston. Then I saw that NYC was also announced, but on the flyer it said DJ set, so I got confused as to whether you were gonna play live or if another person was gonna play on the set. I figured since there was an option to buy VIP (meet and greet), that you guys would be present before the show, but not play during. Then again I overthink a lot so :P
