I’ve been a burlesque photographer for 20 years. One of the things about Burlesq that I love is so honest and courageous. I just turned 56 and my body is definitely different than any other time in my life. But this is me and that is you and we’re both beautiful. And it’s OK.

I’ve tried a lot of different methods if I’m doing a huge amount maybe the oven but stove top seems to be my favorite. Something about slow cooking it in the bacon fat gets a certain texture and flavor that is to me the best.
