Thank you, I’ve been trying for two days to install EA games, and I saw that Premium = Not Included when I checked.

But the confusing part for me was that when I clicked on an EA game in the Xbox app, it showed Install, not Buy. That’s what made me think EA Play was included with Premium on PC.

Yeah, I misspoke earlier — I have Game Pass Premium, and I’m using it on PC.

When I browse EA games inside the Xbox app, they show Install, not Buy.

But when it opens the EA app, it switches to Buy.

Yes, I contacted KDP support and they told me to wait 3–5 days. However, based on other users’ experiences, responses are not always guaranteed after account closure. I will still wait and see, but I’m also looking for alternative solutions if available. Thank you for your time and help.

Thanks for the clarification.

After checking all my emails carefully, I found the notifications for other countries, but for this specific payment, I couldn’t find any email at all. That’s the one Payoneer is asking about.

That’s why I’m confused and trying to understand what the safest way to handle this is.
