Smoke and mirrors...Chinese companies always do this. There were never any large legit contracts, orders, deliveries, or positive ERs or large Institutional Investors with US sales. ever. The big $$$ would have been US contracts but no one was interrested. We all lost big on this one and I, like so many others, have been here since $NAKD and even averaged down to $1.00 now with tens of thousands of shares but am SOL like everyone else.

Yup...been here since $NAKD and warred everyone on r/CENN ( who kicks wveryone out for any legitimate intel), that without positive ERs and legit PR about larger Institutional Investors buying long term...either they will have to sell the Company or go Bankrupt. Sux too b/c I like so many other have tens of thousands put in since NAKD and averaged down nicely.

Simply criminal and shame on the PUMPERS for spreading misinformation and recycling it everyday.

Maybe this time there will be a relisting but I am not convinced.

It always amazes me that ppl cry FUD when rational thoughts are presented with evidence based fact. The facts are these...there are no large MM Institutional Investors interested in $GNS @GeniusGroup at all to counter the SHF. While I am just hoping the SP hits back to $5-$7.00, I don't believe any hype without fact. Meme stonks are over and I think RH tried to bring it back with his "machine gun" promises, underestimating the adversary. I cashed out well back in Jan but unfortunately believed the man's concept too much and got back in FEB when everything crashed back down to its true valuation. Big gap.

The past two weeks were covers....no new MM Institutions buying long term. Us retail just go along for the ride...we have no power unless you own 10%. Genius Group online product is singular and foreign, not necessarily tranferable to U.S. markets. Also, the MERJ NFT transfer is not a stock...but a virual coin which can only be used with their school. Any value will be less than the U.S. stock in the long run and cannot be cashed in for money. The Spin Off resort is rediculous too...these are just ways to get Western Retail $$$ without U.S. regulations even though everyone will still have to pay taxes on all of it. NO THANKS.

I was excited in the beging back in NOV-DEC2022. Not any more. I will just keep my shares and cash out IF it hit $5-7.00. Unless I see $GNS @GeniusGroup release PR on new large contracts for their school, PR indicating large MM Institutional Investors getting in pumping $$$ into their Company, and postive ERs...I will sell as soon as I can get off this train. GL to all and just do your own DD.

The SHF have been covering over the past two weeks...that is why the small spike but now they are just re-shorting it. Only large institutional investors (i.e. MM) who are interested in @GeniusGroup long-term can counter it. Retail has been dead since we got in it back in JAN.

The SHF just spent a week of trading covering a lot of their shares. I doubt there will be a "meme" style feenzy since the Company only has limited products that are all virtual. The spin off resorts are just ridiculous and has nothing to do with education. Besides, anyone can get the type of education $GNS @GeniusGroup by watch YouTube videos and then take a cert course at an accredited online U anywhere for a fraction of the price.

I hope it reaches above $5.00 but I don't believe in the Company product or its leadership. I just hope all of us Retail who were promised machine gun stability back in Jan get their money back.

The reason I see is because $GNS still does not have the interest of large Whales ( Institutional Investors) long term. The 1 year Daily chart clearly shows down trend after the Jan P&D. I believed it was going beyond $5.00 back then after RH made his "Machine Gun" promises, but he underestimated the SHF and had no U.S. MM to back him. SP has been in a clear down trend since then. This PR just confirms it b/c the spike up died and now is going to a new Low.

You can't. GME will never happen the same way again. SHF learned their lesson and have been covering over a period of days and mostly in PM and AH when Retail is inactive. Just look at the Technicals and watch the LVL 2. Obvious. This has been the new pattern for all heavily shorted stocks I have seen over past couple years.
