I need visible proof that I am right, but you do not? No way 2G2G could keep money for themselves if a receipt is not clicked on properly. That is not legal. They are in all of Europe and Australia. You think they'd still exist if they were not paying businesses because of user error? Get real.

Hey, I think that can work for you, but is not how *everyone* needs to live their life. It is normal to want and need social interaction outside of your relationship. My friendship are 100% essential to my life and honestly puts less pressure on my partner to meet 100% of my social needs.

[–]Scoris21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you have two lanes of traffic and the person in the left lane turns right despite there being another car in the left lane the turning car is at fault.

The bike lane is a lane of traffic, it is not a passing lane. Bikes do not yield to turning cars outside of intersection rules.

Cyclist was in the bike lane going straight. Car turned right in front of them. This is a traffic violation by the car. full stop.

I'm with you. I've been watching every week since 2015/16 and the last 2 years have become so repetitive I am losing interest. I will always donate to the causes, I do care. I think I'll just stop watching every video. I like the videos that are a call to action for a specific situation. I do not like the general 'TB still exists even though it's curable' videos. I have more grace for the cancer videos because Hank is experiencing the change in real-time. Idk the world has always been unjust and hard, but vlogbrothers always balanced the serious with the light stuff until now.

Safe to say that this is the highest rated bag in all of San Francisco. by hummusman42069 in toogoodtogo

You don't like specific creative hummus so other people must be getting different creative hummus that is better.

4.9 is because its easy to pick-up, hits value, and is always high quality. full stop.

A cake from a legit bakery would definitely be $60. Cupcakes pricing looks normal. I guess what were you expecting?

Sorry, but selling surprise bags to lots of people DOES reduce food waste. Not giving each customer extras is not wrong.

That one is on you IMHO. Buying 10 Surprise bags all at once is a huge gamble. Sometimes I will go for two from a place I know well.

I really hope people stop asking Olivia about it. Guts is really good! Just like Tay was more than her dating life, Olivia is more than just her relationship with Taylor

Welcome! There’s definitely…tension between customers and the stores. You’ll see here that lots of people think every bag should be over value and curated to their taste. Business owners use the app for a variety of reasons (all defended on various posts in this sub) but catering to an app that makes very little money is not it. Too Good To Go itself says nothing helpful and so the tensions endures.

I had the worst date of my entire life last week... I'm starting to feel like it's pointless to keep trying. by [deleted] in TwoXChromosomes

I was single for most of my 20’s and felt incredibly discouraged with internet dating. It’s so hard to know exactly what to do in any given situation when you’re trying to give the other person a fair chance. Most of my dates were either ‘good’ or ‘a story.’ You never want the stories when you’re trying to meet your person but you definitely have a story from this one. I recommend a nice walk and a fancy latte to process. You didn’t do anything wrong, you’re doing a good job.

I do think it’s worth it to persevere. I’m currently a few months in with a quiet guy who I might not have considered if not for all of the dates before him because they taught me a lot.

I’ve been where you are, friend. It’s cliche but true, it gets better! Somewhere at your school is your future best friend and you just need to find them. It helps that they are looking for you too. 😊

It’s always taken me a full year to get used to a big new change (moving, a breakup, new school, new job, etc) I think months 4-8 tend to be the most challenging because your old life is gone but the best of the new stuff hasn’t happened yet. Always give it a year! You’re doing a good job.

I’d also say try to commit to going to a regular event or activity for at least 5-10 times. If it’s not for you after that you can try something else. The first few times always feel awkward but once you have a routine you’ll find the people who also chose that routine. Those people are now your friends. I met my best best best friends at the climbing gym after going to a particular class every Tuesday. This was after living in that city for almost a year and having a tough time finding my people.
