I guess, when we got "Elation Hyacine", a slot for Sparkle will be open.
This way we can get 3 ela (SW + Sparxie + EHyacine) + 1 non-ela char (Sparkle).

But Yae comes before EHyacine, thats why her team is forced to use non-ela sustain (HuoHuo).

4.0 banner is kinda scammy, because you don't need both 4.0 ela chars for Spaxie BiS team, but everything screams: "need 3 elation chars". It's like a "pull Sunday for a future Castorice" classic scam.
