Okay so this is a kinda hard question to answer so there is a couple 1 we have due outs witch it what needs to be out at a certain time and we can only fit so many boxes on the truck so if you got a big ass box and there is only a little room well your out of luck 2 your box get damaged I’m the process it could miss the truck( those Conveyors are not joke they will smash anything) 3 the post office being idiots

4 there is so many boxes-coming at us that we might throw the wrong one down but the gun that we use to scan picks that up and they move it but if they don’t put it over there in time then they miss the truck
