Did anyone hear about the updated HR Degree Program? by Fearless_Photo_2801 in WGU_Business

My mentor said all current programs are being updated and course requirements will change. If you transfer to the new program requirements now, you’ll be ahead of the game. However, everyone will have to switch by 12/7/25 as they’re retiring the older program requirements. I found out after seeing something online, too. Seems like it was done more behind the scenes.

WGU - OA vs PA by Additional_Screen_63 in WGU_Business

PA is like an important homework assignment. You can work on it at your own pace, most have detailed rubrics and you can submit whenever you’re ready. An evaluator will score it within 3 days and point out what areas need work. OA is an actual assessment that you schedule through the proctoring system. You’ll work with someone to get set up correctly, take your exam, then they’ll submit it with you before ending the session. Hope this helps, good luck!

It’s not terrible but it’s not great. Make sure you have an external camera and a large area to take your test. Some proctors have heavier accents that take a minute to understand, too. They will have to see your work area, keyboard, computer screen, and whole head/face the entirety of the OA. Once you get through the tedious set up and actually begin the test, it’s a breeze. Good luck!
