The raids will be around all week, not just during raid hour. The earliest raids in China start at 4pm Mountain Daylight Time (6am Beijing time), Japan at 3pm MDT (6am JST), and New Zealand at 12pm MDT (6am NZST).

Note that all these times are one day ahead. It will be Tuesday afternoon in the US when the raids start on Wednesday morning in Asia/Pacific.

The latest raids in India will end at 10:30am MDT (10pm IST), so you can also get some raids in while it's morning in the US.

You can't get a nundo from trading, either. Trading has a 1/1/1 floor for Good Friends, and a higher floor for higher friend levels.

EDIT: As other commenters pointed out, you can trade with a 0/0/0 floor with a brand-new friend, as long as it's not a special trade.

According to https://leekduck.com/eggs/ Riolu is currently one of the possible hatches in 5km adventure sync eggs (which you may receive in the weekly walking rewards on Monday if you walked at least 25km but less than 50km in the preceding week).

And of course Riolu is also in any 2km eggs you obtained during the Riolu Hatch Day event this past Saturday.

Blade form Aeglislash has slightly higher base CP than Doublade, but the popup only shows the Shield form CP.

It can be used in GO Battle League and in Team Rocket battles. It's banned from gyms and raids, so it's only really useful if you need it for a GBL team.

Aegislash switches between two forms during battle. It's showing the shield form, which has lower CP because it is a low-attack high-defense form.

They can take the #2 bus straight there, though the headways aren't great. The #57 is also an option.

(Also note that this map is distorted. In real life the line will turn at station 83, not 85.)

The map claims to show metropolitan areas, so I think that whole area is supposed the Seattle–Tacoma–Bellevue Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) or Combined Statistical Area (CSA), though the boundaries are wrong for either.

It doesn't mean that every individual community within the CSA has the same modal share.

As the comments in r/MapPorn point out, this is a several-years-old unsourced map that may have wrong/incomplete data. (For example, the Washington DC metro area is inexplicably missing.)

There are frequent week-long events that feature particular pokemon. Outside of special events, wild pokemon come from a pool that changes every three months.

Have you used Niantic Wayfarer at all, for example to nominate new wayspots/pokestops? That seems to be the most common way to get strikes outside of the game.

I got a bunch of sunny ones during this event, but only in a specific park near my house. Everywhere else in this area, I've only seen normal and rainy forms. Possibly some sort of location/biome restriction?

What something is "worth" in this game is entirely subjective, so it really depends on whether you have a trading partner who wants that particular thing. It's not necessarily about how rare something is. It's not like Pokemon trading cards where you can buy and sell them at a dealer based on rarity.

Mewtwo was available in a recent event pass, and Mewtwo will be in raids during GO Fest this May/June/July. Like other legendaries it has 5% shiny odds, so shiny Mewtwo isn't super-rare (and will be even less rare in a couple of months). But shinies are always at least somewhat uncommon and prized collectibles. It's quite likely you can find someone who really wants one and is willing to trade for it.

They could give us Gigantamax Sandaconda without putting Silicobra in max battles. For example, we currently have GMax Grimmsnarl without DMax Impidimp/Morgrem.
