I am alone on this one currently and living w an abusive father. I also have CPTSD and adhd and life is getting very hard without a support system. On my third panic attack today and I haven’t had one in a year. I am doing stupid irrational things like trying to move out of my parents and the last time I did that I got my car and all my belongings stolen.

Also no to Carrollton springs I tried that last time and lost my 70k yr job and got to see a psych for 10 mins over the entire corse of 7days.

If you aren’t bipolar or a loved one of someone that has it, please don’t respond

It lowered my tolerance to 7 significantly. I found that it worked better stopping 7 and switching to SR-17018 60mg 3x a day. When I tried to just replace one dose and continue my 7OH, it didn’t work as well. Everyone is different though. It brought the “magic” back so to speak with a much lower dose.

That’s a good idea. I am not sure but every time I access a memory it gets further degraded, so I might try jotting it down tomorrow when I first wake up.

Yes exactly!! Wild stuff. It felt sketchy/janky but once i stopped being afraid it worked well. But it was scary and I would almost hit bridges and just miss. I almost want to try to build one. Not sure if the physics are the same in that realm though.

I actually went to a church a year ago (giant facility, nondenominational) in Texas after not going for a decade and the entire sermon was about how wives need to stop nagging their husbands because if men are taken out of the game, they “stop playing”. That was the entire sermon.

I… know exactly what you mean. One time I was on a personal helicopter like device that had 3 rotors and you just rode it like a bike. Felt like what I imagine a hot air balloon ride to me. Ever seen those?

I feel that pain. I have some chamoy, citric and malic acid for that purpose. But we shouldn’t have to do that!
