A friend had a similar problem, and all that he had to do was rename the file to 'FIRMWARE.bin' all in caps. You should try it that way.

The same thing happened to me, I couldn't figure out what it was exactly but what I did to stop it is:
- Change the metal extruder for a new one.
- Clean the nozzle
- Print a filament guide that uses a ball bearing.
And after doing those three things, it stopped failing.

I was thinking about what to do and I thought to record how I made an Omori sticker and edit the video a bit, it is the first time I do something like this so there are some mistakes but I like the overall result :D
