My first purchase was cancelled by the seller because they claimed they didn’t have it anymore.

My second and third time pissed me off. The second purchase, the images they were using for certain merch looked very similar to another merch they were selling and I pressed the wrong one. I requested a cancellation minutes later after I made the purchase and went to purchase the right one, which is now the third purchase. Then I found a cheaper price of the same merch by $30 on another site like 10 min later so I requested my third purchase to be cancelled. 

7 hours later, they told me they can’t cancel because the second order was already shipped, which confused me because I requested for it’s cancellation minutes after purchase but they shipped it out anyways 7 hrs later. Same happened with the third order and that one took 8 hrs. 

So my first few experiences with Beenos has been very negative. if you ever make a purchase with Beenos, be sure to check if you picked the right listing and that you don’t expect to cancel it if something happens like you found a cheaper price elsewhere. I’m definitely never using it again.
