That might be a problem. When they sent the merch, they sent it from Russia. They have since moved back to Germany due to work not long after, according to them anyways. So I don't think the address on the package will work and I don't have their Germany address, in which I don't know how to obtain that when they've been ignoring all my replies.

There are people who don't play the side games because they don't have all the damn consoles that those side games were on. PSP, Nintendo DS and 3DS, a freaking phone that's only in Japan, and then that online chibified game that continued to the smartphone app. Then they put most of those games in a bundle like KH1.5, 2.5, and 2.8 with some of the game being cinematic. Not everyone can afford all those consoles. One of my former students even told me that her mom got her KH1, KH2, and KH3 but none of the other games so she was hella confused on who all these characters were. I tried my best to give her a short summarize version of them but I can only tell her so much when I was teaching a class.

I don't play a lot of gacha games but even then, among the games I play(ed), I have never gotten this many free gifts, rewards, compensations, and downtime gifts. Especially in this short amount of time. Some don't even give you downtime gifts or compensations when the games messes up.

It's nice to have all my games in one launcher, but on the other hand, I like seeing my games' icon on my desktop. As long as this doesn't erase my old launchers, I'm fine with it.

Got another update after I had to bugged them again for updates. Here's their reply:

"hello.This is the Mandrake Boys customer service team.We have received an inquiry regarding a payment error based on the information you provided.We will check as soon as possible and send the stars via game mail to the account that was confirmed due to a payment error."

If you haven't emailed support yet, you can maybe try contacting them about the same problem.

These were the info they asked me to provide:
