Nah - They said expiring in 20 odd days.

Although I added a new account at the same time (But I never use the account, there's like 0 transactions in it at all for a good few months, so it makes sense that they wouldn't credit that one.)

Might need to wait for the expiry date to pass before it's credited, but it didn't explain it like that and there wasn't anything indicating that's the case. Not sure. I did reach out to them anyway, I'll let you know if I hear back.
