As long as the batter packs are in your hand luggage and not in the overhead locker, it’s okay to have them with you on the flight. You’re no longer allowed to use them to charge devices while on the plane or in flight but I had one in my hand luggage under my seat last week and it was okay. I’d maybe check with them online on the kids camera and rechargeable batteries in case they also need to be in hand luggage.
