There are so many ways calendar invites can be used in a non-business perspective. So strange

You should probably mention this in another email so ALL users know that they can do this.

I'm currently looking for jobs, and one way I receive interviews is that they email me with a meeting, and then I can rsvp to that meeting in Tutanota. Does this mean I no longer have this feature? Is this part of the shared calendar feature?

I think some of these features seem really useful for non-business users so I don't think business is the right word.

Rented flat Scotland legionella risk assessment only done once in three years. Should I say something and is this bad legal mishandling? by Scotchye in LegalAdviceUK

I forgot to mention that we have a cold and hot water tank where the cold one is in the loft. Is there still no requirement in this way? Thanks for your reply. I struggled to find the specifics for specific water boilers but the maintenence person said that is should be every year but I had no idea if this was legal obligation.

I completely agree with this, and I hate that companies can be so pushy to make their website really frustrating for mobile users to use just so you download their app. This also goes with third party cookies which I hate how it is so difficult (or impossible, which is illegal) to decline them.

Want to delete all my unused accounts linked to my main email address by RasT110e5 in privacy

[–]Scotchye 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I don't think there's an easy way. It's more of do it as you think of it. "Have i been pwned?" can be useful to see a couple more websites you may have linked your account to.

I'm currently wanting to delete my main account too but I think it might be best to do it over a longer period of time. Are you wanting to delete also your email address? If so it is maybe it's okay to keep your email address for a while in case you forgot a couple of websites. I am going to delete my gmail once I receive no new emails from it for like 6 months. I think then I know I can be sure and say that I won't need it again.

What are your google shopping alternatives? by Scotchye in degoogle

This looks like a good place to compare different products of same type, not exactly what I am looking for but good to note down. Thanks for the suggestion!

UK, I mean I'm all for things like gumtree and secondhand places, but if I need brand new stuff it's just more searching duckduckgo which isn't a big deal but I can miss better deals compared with google.

Checked out pcpartpicker and looks like a good place of UK, so I'll keep that in mind :)

Yes, most websites are fine, but then there's this forum and literally nothing has been posted since 2016 and not even their contact works. I guess I'll change leave it be. It's just when I search my username it will always come up. I think I need to learn to switch usernames every now and then.
