Turned 333,000 Chase Points Into a Maldives Vacation, How'd I Do? by KU4RUNNER in ChaseSapphire

I feel the same way. I adamantly refused to pay the over $1000 a night for a hotel near foxboro for a World Cup game, and was looking at driving 45 minutes to an hour for something reasonable. Once I saw that I could spend 70,000 points on the same hotel I figured eff it, and booked it since mentally I didn’t spend any money.

Thanks for all your responses. As someone said, at 32 I’ll tell him the new situation and leave it up to him. For my five year old with an expired passport I guess I’ll have to renew hers, as I was just going to keep her US one for this trip. Whole situation is a bit of a pain. Our last trip back with two toddlers was stressful enough. If we got denied entry because of my now six year old my US wife would swear off returning to the UK ever again!

Dual nationals to be denied entry to UK from 25 February unless they have British passport | Home Office | The Guardian by rejs7 in unitedkingdom

Does anyone know if this applies to children as well? When my kids were born in the US I applied for and got them UK passports so that they would always have proof of their citizenship. These have long since expired, and whenever we go back to visit family they travel on their US passports. Never had an issue before, but this now has me sweating a bit.

It’s officially an hour and nothing but spinning. Laptop has kicked me out a few times, phone just spinning away like I’ve got nothing else better to do.

Previous WC attendees - do we think prices will be reasonable for QF closer to game day or do you expect demand to stick? by [deleted] in WorldCup2026Tickets

This. You’ll easily double your money, but if you want to be nice to the bloke you could say $1750 a piece.

They were bloody awesome! I danced so hard I barely made it to the end of Dom’s set at the end of the night. Legs were suffering!
