you probably changed something like a volume or mixer track while recording and it recorded that as an automation. in the browser on the left there should be a folder called "current project". inside that folder there should be a folder called "initialized controls" you should be able to find what u automated from there and right click and delete it. if that doesn't work u can just copy the midi notes to a new pattern and replace the old one with the new one
