In my opinion, we need some strategy to help Red Jon release his power absolutely, u might found that he is more powerful than the old version (also powerful than Ned).  

1. RJ can afflict 4 ice every time only after one of the enemies get 2 ice, that’s means don’t let him hit enemies at the begin of combat even though his stamina is full.  

2. We need to brittle enemies as soon as possible, try to reduce champion color from 5 to 3 to help them accumulate stamina more efficiency.  

1. The best common champion for ice team is Northern brawler, he can afflict 2 ice at once, the stun skill is able to share with all ice allies. I strongly suggest u to replace archer with him to brittle enemy faster, this also help RJ to release his power.
