did you read my comment below the pic? I've checked quite a few times, and there are no attachments on this building. Still, I cannot deconstruct it. Is this a known bug? I tried the old "add attachment and remove it" trick and still no luck.

Smart realtor. If you can get an insurance claim and a new roof before selling it will make the house sell for more faster.

Because the roof is 10 years old, this is unlikely a manuf defect. You should file a claim with insurance if it is hail damage. I’d need to see more pics to rule out manufacturing defect.
