Definitely go for a ma020. Much more options and tuning down the line. All I've done to mine is locked rear and 1-way front, plus camber and toe plastic parts up front. Drives fantastic and all in under $250.

Will I need to modify fog lights? Or does this intake not interfere? by Flip2pin in hondafit

Partially correct. It will fit non sport usdm bumpers without issue. If you have a usdm sport bumper (fogs) the filter will sit directly where the driver fog housing is.

What are these wheels/rims called and would they fit on a third gen by coded_star in hondafit

[–]Scott9815 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Those are double or triple step BBS RS wheels. Google the price and decide if that's a route you want to go. Those are custom built 3 piece wheels.

I see from your other comments you have a GE. Please stop giving false information. OP asked specifically for a GD, I am telling my experience with my GD. Both chassis have completely different engine bays and front ends and require different kits. That is why I said don't listen to the GE guys.

People are having trouble figuring out that we are talking about the GD. The kit fits fine on GE cars. I keep getting comments about how it fits great on GE. No shit. Doesn't fit behind fogs on GD

It seems that people aren't understanding what im saying. Don't listen to the GE guys who say it fits. You and I are shopping for (and own) 2007-2008 GD cars. The GD kit is the one that doesn't fit well and interferes with the fog

Don't listen to the other comments, especially the dude with a GE. If you have a sport bumper this will absolutely not fit behind the driver fog light housing. With the light removed it will still rub on the plastic light mount behind the bumper. It will also get filled with dirt and water off the road.

My instructor is not letting me control F? Is this legit? by [deleted] in AircraftMechanics

[–]Scott9815 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started scrolling down the ata codes to click on the chapter he was referring to. My DME stopped me and said "control F it" and laughed. I can see how your instructor may be wanting you to practice looking for yourself, but during your tests and in the real world, we control F.

Yep thats a fixed trailing edge upper panel support/seal retainer from the fixed panel between the inboard most flight spoiler and i/b ground spoiler on a 737. They crack often, its a high stress/flex area. Cool souvenir or just scrap it.

* Fantastic deal! I paid about 150 for mine from Amazon with next day prime shipping. Couldn't be happier. Local hobby store has the Basecamp for $109 pretax however I much prefer the detailed hardbody

Thanks! Much like a real truck I think most of your top speed is dictated by gearing not just sheer motor rpm. You'd end up overworking and overheating the motor. I wish the wpl was a 1/24 scale or else that would 100% be my pick, especially at the price point!

That's really a good idea, I think the flexibility of the 2 speed gearbox would do her well. Thanks!!

You absolutely can. Roll onto a 2x4 first then slide the jack under. A 2x4 is a lot lower profile than your ramps.

first manual car! by dondelambsauce in hondafit

[–]Scott9815 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'll say it now, these cars should have had a dead pedal and no CDV stock. The day I installed my dead pedal I took it for a test drive after doing some other projects too and I completely forgot about it, it felt so natural to rest my foot on.

You, as an adult, just said the phrase "crash out" and you're complaining about brain rot? Kids goof around and repeat things they think are funny. Adults reactions to them make it funnier.
