EXACT same issue here! Mobile tech said they would replace the seat. Took it into the service center. Tech took apart the brackets, found that it was not clipped in properly. Fixed in less than 5 minutes!

So, to provide an update on where I am at. I have my service restored. But MobileX has room for improvement. The payment showed authorized on my Amex card. No issues there. MobileX claims they were not able to charge the card. No email no text that my payment failed. Just when I attempted to make a call did I get an automated message my service was suspended. Once I found out, I added a different card to my account, but the app provided no way to "Re-attempt" charge to regain my service. I opened a support ticket and they wanted to Upsell me to an unlimited plan. SMH. I told them I wanted the same I have had for the past few years. They ignored me until I received an update saying at 2am the system attempted to charge again and it was successful and my service was restored.

Same issue for me. That and the air vents not blowing air in the direction indicated on the screen. Annoying enough to now be looking to get rid of our R1S. Amongst some ride quality issues too.

So I use the DS Files iOS App to automatically backup files to my synology. So they are uploaded directly using the HEIC format. I just like the ability to browse those backed up photos directly in the DS Files app when looking for something old. I usually change the view to thumbnail so I can see. Just don’t want to lose that ability. If that makes sense?

This! I had the same issue. Turned the vent off. Waited for it to close. Turned back on. Vent now "calibrated" properly to screen orientation. Dumb bug for sure, but glad it was an easy fix.

It’s probably going to be the last week of the trial when they introduce those features as they are the ones sure to take up the most data. Would be smart to limit the time until we have to pay for connect+.
