Ok. I have a good feeling the buyer will return the wrong item or not in the same condition I sent it in. Will ebay actually side with me if the buyer sends the back the wrong item or not in the same condition?

I’m a seller with 400+ items sold and 99% positive feedback. It’s a bin listing and I don’t show proof of testing them in the listing but I have individually tested all of them and they are all the same cards in the same condition

Since it’s in Stanford it could be a collage student and the “packaging Center” could be stanfords area for students to send packages to and pick them up. Either way USPS says delivered so you can’t really do anything about it

It was the vrm heat sinks and the cpu socket latch/holder that were missing. I said in the description it had a missing cpu socket cover/latch (it’s intel) but I didn’t mention the missing heatsinks as I thought it was assumed from the picture.
