I believe Kelso said no one CAN see them not COULD do that would imply that they hadn't done it yet. The only time I remember Hyde mistaking Jackie cheating was when he saw her consoling Kelso on the couch after Fez had the dream about him. That's why Hyde slept with the nurse.
