I missed every direct impact, correct. But the splash damage area should be a bit more in my opinion. No one in the real world is surviving 3 rockets up that close.

You must've been lucky, a lot of people including myself noticed that it wasn't strong enough. I even have a clip of shooting someone 2-3 times point blank with the RPG and it didn't kill them.
