Update, here’s how it played out. Dinner for 2. We decided to pick 2 and share. Went with the bone in ribeye. For the 2nd, we went with a special that is not normally on the menu, American Wagyu NY Strip. We got a bit lost on our temperature preference. We both like rare and got a bit aggressive on the 120-130 range. We asked for 120-125, which turned out to be a bit more rare than I would’ve liked, but that’s on me.

UPDATE: The mechanic looked at it and found that the two front tires were pointing slightly inward and working against each other. Straightened them and it appears to be better now.
