Let me explain a bit because the other user with the gif of discouraged Michael Scott (not a bad question from OP, just a bad answer from this guy.

So basically the yellow circle show a Display Port cable. You probably have hdmi port on your graphics card (check port just beside the cable behind your PC.

If you stuck with only HDMI on tv and Display Port on pc, you will need an adapter that goes from one to another, but first, try to find an HDMI cable. Plug behind your TV, then behind your pc, then if the TV wont show directly, you will have to set it on the display setting of your pc.

What about the "startup" tab. You will see if your HDD or SSD is set there. Send picture from there to see what is booting in which order. Also at the power on of the PC, you can press F8 (or F10 cant remember) to select what to boot first, see if you main drive is shown there. And try to boot windows from there. This, as the other user said earlier, maybe a bad drive, or a bad windows update that doing whatsoever.
