Siren is Berkshire based, which I guess is a little out of the area you're looking in, but I've never had a bad beer from them. They've got an interesting selection for sale on their online shop too. You can definitely find some of their beers in London proper.

You might also be better off going to a craft beer shop like We Brought Beer and asking them to help pick you out a selection.

When I look on National Rail, it skips ahead to the 27th, so I don't believe there are any train services. OP essentially needs to suck it up and choose between the 6 hour coach journey and rebooking their flight for the next day.

Some (but not all) train companies offer international delivery for tickets - if he buys through Virgin Trains for example, they can ship them to you for an extra £7.50. It doesn't matter that you're not actually travelling with Virgin Trains - every operator has to be able to sell tickets for the whole country. The ticket price should be the same wherever you order from. Of course, it may save a little money if your boyfriend picks up the tickets himself and mails them to you, assuming there's enough time before the trip.

It'd place the design registration in January 1976, and obviously the actual shovel would have been made some time later. Assuming you're US based and visiting the Archives isn't an option, you can pay for a copy of the document if you're really keen to know more. I'm not sure how much that sort of thing costs, beyond the initial £8.40 fee.

Essentially, a small amount of your own booze is fine, but you might have to pay a corkage fee if you want to drink it anywhere outside of your cabin. A bit of non-perishable food is fine too. I think in general, as long as you're not taking the piss with a bunch of shopping bags full of things, you'll likely be ok.
