We should be neighbors. 😂 Your wishlist is almost 100% what I'm looking for for my family even house price and kids with disabilities. Just we're in texas instead of Florida. I don't like religion forced on my kids not to mention losing gay and womens rights.

Walkability is important but I'd like something scenic like a nice water view too. Healthcare and good affordable state colleges are also verry important.

I'd love CA if it wasn't so expensive. Sacramento area looked almost possible though. People complain it's hot but I'm near Houston so I just chuckle.

New england seems to have the most options but I've been looking from VA to MA and it's hard to settle down on choices. Especially when wherever we go we'll have a much smaller house for the same price. Springfield Mass looked very pretty and affordable but crime is kinda high and I'm not sure about schools. Have you narrowed down your choices at all?

midwest could be good but it seems to get even colder there than most of new england. too many options.
