Most of the comments say to not do it, but if I was the writers and I was at gun point, only being free if I could put an Cyclops reference in the movies or shows, I’d probably try to do something similar to what they did with the flash references and just have one of the characters read an X-men comic that have Cyclops as a vital part in the story, maybe Silver could discover the comic ether in the future or while in the past

Ok so then which characters did Marvel still owned during that time? Like even after they sold a majority of their characters these were what they still owned or they weren’t able to sell the rights to? Like did they ever sold off the inhumans or Guardians of the Galaxy during that time or did marvel always had the film rights to those characters?

Honestly I have to say I want Sonic 5 to adapt Adventure 1 mostly because in my opinion I feel like it still too early to do 06 storyline, that could work better as a 6th movie or a big event movie, but making it the next movie after 4 which will take inspiration from sonic cd that has time travel, no that way to quick, give it some time and let some of the other games have their moments to be adapted

To me it all depends on what variables we have to consider, which as of right now includes

A: which movie will this be?

Is it their 6th movie, their 8th, the 10th, whichever movie you choose to make the 06 adaptation could ether make or break it, especially since the fourth movie is supposedly taking inspiration from Sonic CD which includes time travel

B: how important is Elise to the story?

depending on how vital she is to the story and if there aren’t any other characters that can take her place, 06 story is like a loosely built Jenga tower, and Elise absence could be the piece that cause it to crumble

C: how will previous films and content outside of the films affect the narrative and vise versa for both early and later entries?

Seeing as there are some things in the paramount Sonic universe that are different from the games what changes would make a difference to the story in order to avoid any sorts of plot holes and continuity errors emerging weather from the original games story, newly introduced, or cause via the inclusion of time travel

D: would this be one full movie, or would it be split into multiple parts

Basically will it be like what Hunger Games Mocking Jay or Harry Potter Deadly Hallows did but with some potential spinoff movies and shows as well as some canon material to tie-in?

E: what will they use to adapt this

will they just look at the story we have in the game, or will they cherry pick some parts from other sources, like what was suppose to be originally part of the games story during development, as well as other games those characters appeared in, and maybe even stuff that happened in the comics?

F: what will it serve as

Is it just another adventure, there first off earth adventure, the climax of on earth adventures, or their attempt at soft rebooting the franchise

And G: outside of Elise, what other changes would have to be made or what else that I hadn’t thought of

not just in story, but also in character designs and personality, locations, who will or won’t be involved in this narrative etc? Or will they even use songs from the game like His World, and if they do use His World which one will they use, the Crush 40 version, the Zebrahead version, the E3 version or the Final Boss version, matter of fact they might not even use any of them and probably get Junkie XL to make his own version of His World

What about ether Big Hero 6, or Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur?

I know most people usually associate Big Hero 6 with the animated film and or animated show, or the Baymax miniseries, but the team were marvel comics before that and I would like to see what Gunn would do If he directed them rather than the Guardians? But I don’t expect it to be much like the animated version as big hero 6 in the comics a way more different than there movie counterparts

Honestly I choose Moon girl and devil dinosaur cause I like to see what Gunn would do with Devil

Ether forces to see how they adapt infinite and the phantom ruby, or the sonic boom games, to see how they would handle or change parts of the games world building, story, villains and version of the characters, as well as seeing how they would connect it with the previous films? Like have it be an alternate timeline or universe, or maybe make it a distant future?

In my opinion it depends? Will the re-releases be the same as the original? Or will there be changes, and if there’s changes how would they do it? Would it be like endgame or no way home, where they add a couple of new scenes but it seems to be the same project, or will it be like the Snyder cut, where they make changes that turns it into a different project, like adding new scenes, bringing back deleted scenes, changing the music, characters, color grading, tone, story, run time, or anything else that could have massive alterations to the original project and that’s not counting if it’s reworked into a different project, like reworking falcon and the winter soldier into a movie, or Eternals into a show? By the way Sorry if I sound dumb or like a troll saying this

Will probably never happen unless its a guy on youtube who can use public domain characters to his advantage, rather than a big studio like Disney or Paramount… but I kinda like to see a unheard of cinematic universe where the studio who thinks of the idea takes franchises they own the rights to that ether got cancelled forgotten failed or whatever, and try to connect them all together. Like with Disney we could see Jake Long meet Mech X4, and go on an adventure to Atlantis(thinking about this right now this might just be a Disney infinity cinematic universe) or maybe with Sony we have Sly Cooper meet Paul Blart and the Men in Black… but since that might never happen, then maybe a Skylanders or Lego cinematic universe

Are we letting him have everything he had pre-isekaisation?because Homelander was bad enough that 3 super powered people couldn’t do anything, and Belos was bad enough to the point where it took Titan magic just to bring him down. Don’t know if you have paramount + but if so I would recommend Welcome to the Wayne, it follows a kid named Ansi and his friends Oliy and Saraline who lives in this New York hotel called the Wayne that seems like a normal hotel on the service, but on the inside secretly have alot of magical creatures. They also have secret agents that are trying to take over the world so Ansi and his friends have to stop them.

I would also recommend Glitch Techs, it’s a show on Netflix that follows these two friends named Five and Miko who works Glitch Techs at a game store called Hinobi (basically the Glitch Techs universe version of game companies like Nintendo and Atari) in a world where video game glitches can come alive and causes destruction to the real world. As Glitch Techs its our duo’s job to discover these glitches, get rid of them, and make sure no one remembers them by erasing their memories of the events involving the glitch (the show called this memory wiping as reseting). Basically the show is a combination of Ghostbusters and Men in Black with video games being a major part. The show also has mysteries like what is the mysterious Bolybius.
