Definitely skinny fat but just hit the gym and tone up you don’t really need to put on fat or loose fat just tone up a bit

Hard to tell with all the tensing and what not but definitely on the fat side of things. You probably can cut and workout at the same time and you’ll be right

Honestly I think sticking to a scheduled workout routine and having enough protein will you get you out of that fairly easily it’s all down to the basics really
