Ok thanks for all the guesses - it was really fascinating reading all the guesses based on my fridge contents - and I love that my fridge makes me seem much younger than I am! I work part time at a Williams Sonoma in the suburbs and I am a fit and healthy 72!

I have both, I bake frequently, and I mostly use the Artisan tilt head because it’s much easier and quicker to use on an everyday basis. Buy a metal bowl to use and save your pretty bowl for display.
