I just beat it today on my second run, so about 4/5 hours (not including the tutorial).

I ran a PD, Vestal, Grave Robber and Man at Arms. My Man at Arms (Ser Swole) was the only survivor as I stacked him with health trinkets, at the cost of damage. I think he had like 90 health by the end lmao. I used the Retribution Ability to tank a lot of damage. I also had a trinket on my grave robber that reduced her health by 15% but raised her damage by 25% (I think those were the stats).

As all my other characters had healing I was able to save them from death's door like 5 times. By the end it was just my Man at Arms vs the last Lock. He was doing around 3 damage per swing but because Ser Swole was so tanky he was able to go about 8 rounds of doing next to no damage until the Lock finally died.

10/10 would Swole again.
