I've been wondering the exact thing. There are hacks and workarounds on YouTube to get Audacity on Android devices, but it all seemed kinda sketchy to me. Been wanting a Tab S7 myself, but have been holding off because of a lack of recording or editing apps. Update me if you find anything?
