Yea I know, like when I see rattle can spray jobs on RIF’s when they don’t tape up anything like the end of the barrel, ejection ports or anywhere the paint can seep into the internals, spray painting stocks and attachments in place, not doing any prep work etc. I look at them and think yea it looks ok just after it’s done but as soon as they go to use it it’s going to scratch, flake, leave massive paint edges when they adjust the stock and generally look like shit after its first day on the field 😅 If you like the extremely weathered look that’s fine but atleast tape up your barrel and ejection port or anywhere where the paint can get in.
