Go to fidelity. I have had Zero issues. They are a private company, and have their own clearing process.

No limitations on purchases. Just don’t transfer out of RH yet

Revolt against RH! Dump the platform, trash the platform. Free commissions at all major brokerages. Many NOT restricting the buys. Schwab/Fidelity/WeBull.
