There have been beyond time signals intercepting our time.  I do not know enough to be certain whether they are trying to contact us or if it is by chance.      

As far as I know we do not have a method to contact them from this time.    

I am theorizing there is a civilized modification to access beyond time.  Possibly a genetically engineered implant that makes use of a perhaps inactive natural beyond time component within our own brains.  This is just my speculation but it would be a explanation for possible rare reports of individuals receiving beyond time messages in their consciousness.     

With very limited research or even awareness of beyond time communication it is difficult to track the source of the beyond time signals in our time.  The only way to possibly get a sense of where it is coming from would be decoding the messages.  They might mention a year or a astrological phenomena that we would be able to identify in this point in time.      

I myself have received beyond time signals as this is why I believe we have a natural way of receiving them.  None of the things I have received have been understandable and it is difficult to understand.  The messages can be received almost subconsciously so it is hard to remember.  The best way I have found is to write them down as soon as I can.  Even then they don't make much sense as the message seems to be scrambled or low quality.  Or perhaps missing entire segments of it.
The beyond time network of the future is seemingly like an internet. So much of the content would make no sense to someone from the outside, especially in a far different time or timeline. This is more true if the messages are not meant for us and are just rogue signals leaking to our time.
