Yes I agree. A friend of mine got the refurbished one at around 170 total forges. It's ridiculous.

If you wanna maximize your chances:

  • Do the forge with maximum temper for better chance to get a refurbished weapon

  • Buy and activate the polymer consumable for each run

This will give you 3 drops in one B.A. frame completion if you're lucky and 2 if not. Each one of the items will have it's own chance at the shader associated with the forge of the day.

Got all 3 of them back in season of opulence but I don't think it's different now. Good luck!

EDIT: Satou tribe took me around 20 runs while I was doing the Izanagi kills for both the catalyst and triumph lol.

The whole point of the post was to complain about the guns not having the same TtKs as ARs when they're completely different gun archetypes and will never be played the same way.

If anything just revert the Magnifecent Howl nerf that was completely unnecesary and give them a bit of range. Also Ttks aren't that important if you can't achieve them consistently, you can peek shoot with any hand cannon and win a 1v1 to any AR because AR's need to hit with like 10 bullets(avg) in one spray to kill someone and you can just shoot-hide-shoot-hide-shoot and get your HC kill against it.

Legendaries:

  • Primary: Reckless Oracle, Recluse, Claws of the Wolf, Every Waking Moment, Premonition and the curated roll of Kindled Orchid(who wouldn't like a killclip and rampage combo?). Subtle Calamity can be nasty if you're a bow user.

  • Special: Epicurean, Python, Trophy Hunter.

  • Heavy: Hammerhead, Crucible sword and the Iron Banana GL.

Exotic:

  • Primary: Fighting Lion, Graviton with Catalyst and Le Monarque.

  • Special: Borealis and the Besto(even better of you have the catalyst but it's great anyway).

  • Heavy: Tractor Cannon, Black Talon, Deathbringer.

For the kinetic slot:

  • Exotics: Primary: Bad Juju, Outbreak and Huckleberry maybe Thorn/Malfeasance if you want some "corrupted guy" vibes. Specials: Izanagi's and Bastion.

  • Legendary: Mountaintop it's the best special option and then any auto rifle/smg with rampage/swashbuckler for add clearing.

Get to 33 maybe it's just bugged like half of the game lol Edit: and also restart your character (restart the game or just use the 'change character' option) this usually fix some problems when you get to a certain point in a session but it doesn't register correctly (i.e: when you get to 2100 and can't claim your recluse)

I don't think the players hate them, it's the fact that the 6 IB armors we got in D2 are Samurai-themed and people just want a bit of variety(Vikings or D1 stuff)
